A Few Good Men (1992)     

This Oscar nominated movie features, Lt. Daniel Kaffee (Tom Cruise), a Navy lawyer who has never seen the inside of the courtroom.  He is delegated to defend two Marines who have been accused of murdering a colleague. Kaffee, known as being lazy, arranged for a plea bargain so one of the marines Aunts appoints Cmdr. Galloway (Demi Moore) to represent him. The lawyers team up to investigate detailed facts of the case. This movie reflects the qualities needed to conduct a productive meeting.  The procurement and sharing of information is essential to the preparation of a good defense, especially for the accused innocent.

Law and Order (NBC)

This crime investigation show of 18 years is the longest running in history.  The first half hour investigates crimes and apprehends suspects, and then the focus shifts in the second half-hour to adjudication in the criminal courts.
