A Support Consultant of 5-Star Performance Solutions, Belinda H. Willis is an organizational and leadership development professional.

She has twenty years of experience in public administration and working with human service agencies. Specifically, Belinda has experience in human services administration and management, board development, organizational development, supervisory training, performance measurement, organizational sustainability and capacity building.

She is a three time award winner of the National Association of Counties (NACO) award for model programs. She is a community leader and active on several boards in her community.

Belinda is committed to creating a learning environment that honors individuals and supports learning, growth and change. Her unique abilities are individualized to her clients' needs and she approaches all work with an element of respect and humor.

She received her Bachelor's (BA) degree from Christopher Newport College, in Newport News, Virginia, in English and Psychology in 1979. She received her Master's (MEd) degree in Counseling from The College of William and Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1989.
