A Support Consultant of 5-Star Performance Solutions, Mr. O'Grady has over twenty-six years of experience in the Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) profession with expertise in EHS program development, management, implementation, auditing, training and project management. He is the founder and president of Occupational Safety & Health Services, Inc.

Mr. O'Grady has provided site managers and clients with a full range of EHS technical experience including working knowledge of general industry, construction, shipyard operations and procedures in both the private and public sector. Mr. O'Grady has extensive working knowledge of complex industrial plant operations in a variety of industries including chemical processes, heavy industry and pharmaceutical manufacturing. He also has extensive experience in developing and conducting industrial hygiene monitoring studies, job hazard analysis, loss control surveys, OSHA training programs, workplace inspection of industrial facilities, risk assessments, regulatory audits, emergency response planning, vulnerability assessments and developing summary reports to facility management.

Mr. O'Grady is an authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor for both General Industry and Construction Standards. In addition, Mr. O'Grady sailed in the U.S. Merchant Marine for ten years. In that time he held a Third and Second Mates License, Unlimited Tonnage, Any Ocean. During his tenure in the merchant marine, Mr. O'Grady has interacted with various regulatory agencies including American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), and Maritime Administration (MARAD).
