5 Star Performance Solutions is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business that has been in operation in various forms since 1991. We serve private and public sector clients with training and consulting services to help improve the performance of their workforce. Our clients most often seek our assistance for three types of challenges:
- 1) They are frustrated that there seems to be no connection between their investment in training and the level of performance of their workforce.
- 2) They are upset with the lack of knowledge transfer between subject matter experts and the rest of their workforce.
- 3) They are concerned that their training departments are becoming stale in their course development or delivery.
