5 Star Performance Solutions, formerly known as VQI, Inc. is a mission focused organization originally founded in 1991 to supplement academic institutions with training and consulting programs for their local communities. We provide organizations and their employees with training and consulting designed to help them learn and share best practices regarding performance improvement.

Our services use the 5 Star Performance Model to meet the specific needs of an organization. This reduces the time employees need to spend in training, increases the relationship to other training or organizational development initiatives and increases the retention and use of the material by employees when they return to the workplace.
