OJT3 (Train the OJT Trainer)
Classroom based training can be an expensive option for developing new employees. Training today occurs more frequently on the job and in real time. The trainers facilitating it are typically lead employees or supervisors who have little if any formal training education. The term on-the-job-training (OJT) often ranges in definition from shadowing to a formalized system and process. We believe the advantages of an OJT system can be achieved with the right combination of a skilled instructor and a supportive program.
