Many of the skills employees need in the workplace are not taught in general education. Most of the formal learning that occurs in the job is related to required skills and tasks. There are however other pertinent skills employers seek today that transcend any type of business or organization.
Our employee development training is designed to target employees at any level on the fundamentals of acceptable and beneficial organizational behavior. The concepts are current, simple and show results when implemented. The topic descriptions listed below outline the general purpose of the program. We offer both off-the-shelf and the more popular customized courses. All learners have access to our Training Participant Resources for guidance on additional self-study of the topic.
Our experience has shown us a minimum course length of four hours, and eight to twenty participants work best for performance oriented training. The class size allows the instructor to connect with each of the participants and effectively engage them in the learning process. In addition to presenting we use multiple activities such as group discussions, video, audience response system, and practice sessions which allow the learner to grasp the practical application of simple yet effective leadership principles.
