A commonly overestimated ability all humans have is listening. Perhaps the assumption is because we can hear well; therefore, we must be able to listen well too. Though both require ears to function, these two concepts are entirely different. As described in the course, one of the most important skills team members need is the ability to listen with understanding and without bias. Improved listening is an individual journey that must be practiced everyday. This course will provide the basics for understanding the benefits of listening and strategies that can be applied on the journey.
