Employee Development Topic - Problem Solving

This course is designed to stimulate the participant's imagination and help him/her discover their inventive potential by defining the essence of creativity. The participant will be involved in a series of exercises that range in complexity, and is designed to awaken their imagination so they discover more of their inventive potential. The course will teach the participant different approaches to problem solving along with root cause analysis.
