Employee Development Topic - Team Stages

Teams always produce better results than individuals because of the diversity in knowledge and experience of the members. Before discussing team development we look at why we need teams, our personal concerns, and team issues. We review the four stages of team development (forming, storming, norming, performing) to explain the reasons for most team issues. The training is augmented with clips from the movie, "Little Giants" which clearly and humorously portrays the team stages how to best adapt in each situation.
